These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ChatifyX, a SaaS platform offered by Mobi Ad. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

• You agree to be billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

3. License & Ownership

• ChatifyX grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

• All intellectual property is owned by Mobi Ad.

• You may not resell, sublicense, or duplicate the software.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or abuse any feature

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

• Interfere with server operations or other users’ experience

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if:

• You breach any of these terms

• You misuse our services

• You fail to make payments

You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle unless terminated for cause.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mobi Ad is not liable for:

• Data loss due to user error

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Issues caused by third-party integrations

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

7. Modifications

We may revise these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app announcements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India
